Preliminary discussions with a loan officer about your property or project.
After preliminary discussions, next step is submittal of a loan application and a subsequent credit check.

Post submittal of your application, a preliminary property investigation will be conducted and underwriting will take place.
Post property investigation and underwriting, if approved, a conditional loan commitment letter will be issued for review and execution.

Post execution of the loan commitment, we will begin gathering documents needed for closing and your loan documents will be created for review.
Once all items are gathered, closing and funding shall take place.

Post closing, Waring Capital will service your loan in-house for the life of your loan.
